Firefly offer the following services to local and international Clients. Our services include training where we have partnered with an international organisation ITPreneurs who are acredited for delivering all our excellent training programs. Firefly's management has been in consulting for over 15 years where four successful business were started from scratch.
Our services are possitioned in such a manner that we can assist all our Clients who sells, implements, develops or manage any product within their environment.
With core skills gained over the years we deliver GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) on a business level CobiT® for the Control Objectives. There after while implementing or developing we offer Project Management based on PRINCE2® (or other). During the development/design phase we start with ITIL® to ensure that the service are aligned, implemented and managed as needed. On other key aspect that most organisations leave as an after thought is BCM (Business Continuity Management) and DR (Disaster Recovery).
As the industry has allready realised the fact that one needs to start with a measurement first Firefly has developed unique assessments that are not only aimed at the processes in organistion, but also include the people aspect. Our HR offering that is aligned with the Brain Profiles that we offer caters for this.
