Why You Should Attend This Course
As an event for between 8-22 people, the BITS workshop is ideal for those who need to bring ITIL® to life, and show, through hands on experience, the impact of effective IT Service Management, and the importance of Strategic, Tactical and Operational planning.   This classroom, role playing simulation will demonstrate how the maturity of processes add value to a organisation's financial outcome.

BITS is comprised of four key elements of an organization that interact with each other to deliver against continually changing business demands: people, process, technology and information. These elements are representative of both the volume and complexity in business and demonstrate the impact of all of these on process performance. This role play environment represents all of the service support and delivery processes – not just Incident, Problem and Change Management.

What You Will Learn

ITIL® implementation is a journey. It not only changes the working practices of the organization, but can also have substantial impact upon the culture, roles and responsibilities within the organization. This course doesn’t just provide knowledge about ITIL®; it goes one step further – the course demonstrates how it is possible for business to achieve better financial return, and gives the student a good understanding of how process improves business performance.

Who Should Attend
All levels of staff will benefit from the experience and understand the potential challenges they will face, and the improvements gained through maturing the IT processes.
This simulation workshop is ideal for those who already have the ITIL® qualification. It serves as a supplement to training already provided, in order to give employees an insight into the challenges that lie ahead and to increase enthusiasm for any implementation projects planned.
